Daniel Briceño is a Mechanical Engineer with a strong passion for business development, production, and manufacturing. He is the Founder and currently serves as CEO of Exodo Hospitality.
Daniel has played a key role in launching, consulting on, and building a diverse range of casual and full-service dining concepts. His portfolio includes Neapolitan pizzerias, Mexican eateries, bagel shops, America’s first plant-based empanada shop, as well as Peruvian, Japanese, and Mexican restaurants—alongside an upscale cocktail social club.
While firmly rooted in the hospitality industry, Daniel’s early interest in civil engineering led him to co-found a construction and development company. This venture specializes in commercial build-outs and ground-up construction of luxury single-family homes, seamlessly combining his technical expertise with his entrepreneurial vision.
Chef José Luis Chávez is a Michelin-recognized, Venezuelan-born, Peruvian-trained chef and one of the chef co-founders of Éxodo Hospitality—a dynamic restaurant group that includes Kayao, Ayayay, and the soon-to-open Matilda and Clandestino in Chicago. He is also the co-founder of Mission Ceviche in New York City.
Rooted in his Peruvian heritage and shaped by a lifelong passion for exploration, Chef José Luis brings tradition and creativity together to craft immersive culinary experiences. His cooking tells the story of his journey—from the Andes of Venezuela to the kitchens of Lima, and now across North America’s most exciting food cities.
Beyond his work in the kitchen, Chef José Luis is a global ambassador for Peruvian cuisine. He actively collaborates with chefs and industry leaders around the world, while also championing mentorship and community initiatives that use food as a force for connection and positive change.
Chef Adolfo Gosálvez is a seasoned culinary professional with over 20 years of experience in the gastronomic industry, recognized for developing and leading diverse restaurant concepts. He completed specialized courses in Operations and Financial Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, enhancing his ability to combine culinary creativity with strong business insight.
In 2018, he purchased the Hard Rock Cafe franchise in Lima - Peru, marking a key milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Executive Chef at Mission Ceviche in New York City, where he played a central role in shaping the brand’s culinary direction.
Currently, Adolfo is a strategic partner and investor in several ventures, including Éxodo Hospitality in Chicago—home to four innovative dining concepts—as well as Incosag and Grupo Setcon Srl in Peru, and Social, a restaurant based in New Orleans. His career reflects a unique balance of hands-on culinary expertise and sharp business acumen, consistently focused on innovation and long-term growth.
